目的 探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清性激素的含量和性活动停止时间.方法 选取126例AD患者,作为AD组,其中男66例,女60例;正常对照组120例,男女各60例.早晨空腹采取2组静脉血3 ml,离心后取血清,化学发光法测定性激素6项:血清卵胞刺激素(FSH)、促黄体素、雌二醇、血清睾酮、血清孕酮、催乳素,并进行2组间的比较;另就性活动停止年龄作比较.结果 女性AD患者雌二醇水平[(9.4 ±2.8)ng/L]明显低于正常对照组[(18.9±3.0) ng/L] (P< 0.05);男性AD组睾酮(2.5±1.0) μg/L,明显低于正常对照组[(4.8±1.6)μg/L] (P <0.05).而女性AD患者FSH[(68±22) IU/L]、促黄体素[(21±8)ng/L]、血清睾酮[(0.26 ±0.21) μg/L]、血清孕酮[(0.37±0.27) μg/L]、催乳素[(7.8±1.3) μg/L]与相应的正常女性FSH[(65±20)IU/L]、促黄体素[(24±6) ng/L]、血清睾酮[(0.28±0.15) μg/L]、血清孕酮[(0.47±0.25) μg/L]、催乳素[(8.6±1.1) μg/L]相比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).男性AD患者FSH[(8.1±1.4)IU/L]、促黄体素[(2.2±1.6)ng/L]、雌二醇[(5.9±3.8)ng/L]、血清孕酮[(0.3±0.3)μg/L]、催乳素[(5.6±0.9)μg/L]与相应的正常男性FSH[(9.7±1.4)IU/L]、促黄体素[(3.7±1.5)ng/L]、E2[(5.4 ±2.3) ng/L]、血清孕酮[(0.4±0.4) μg/L]、催乳素[(6.5±1.2)μg/L]相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).AD女性性活动停止年龄[(56±5)岁]明显早于正常对照组女性[(68±6)岁](P<0.05);男性AD性活动停止年龄[(66±5)岁]明显早于正常对照组男性[(72±7)岁(P<0.05)];女性AD性活动停止年龄早于男性AD(P<0.05).结论 女性AD患者雌激素水平降低,男性AD患者睾酮水平明显下降;AD患者存在性活动停止年龄较早现象,且女性较男性更明显.性激素水平下降和性活动停止年龄较早可能是AD发病的危险因素.

Objective To explore serum hormone levels and stopping age sexual activity in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods All 126 cases of AD patients were as the AD group,including 66 women and 60 men with Alzheimer's disease.Normal control group included 120 cases,including 60 women and 60 men.Fasting venous blood was taken for 3 ml in morning and sex hormones included follicle stimulating hormonl(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),testosterone,progesterone and prolactin(PRL).Results E2 was lower in women with AD than in normal control[(9.4 ± 2.8) ng/L vs (18.9 ± 3.0) ng/L] and there was a statistical difference (P < 0.05) ; testosterone in men with AD was lower than in normal control [(2.5 ± 1.0) μg/L vs (4.8 ± 1.6) μg/L],there was also statistical difference(P < 0.05).FSH,LH,testosterone,progesterone,PRL of AD women comparing with normal women was not statistically difference (P > 0.05).FSH,LH,E2,progesterone,PRL of AD men comparing with normal men was not statistically difference(P > 0.05).AD female sexual activity ceases age significantly earlier than the normal control group of women[(56 ± 5) years old vs (68 ± 6) years old] (P <0.05) ; male AD patients sexual activity stopped age significantly earlier than the normal control group of men [(66 ± 5) years old vs (72 ± 7) years old] (P < 0.05) ; female AD patients sexual activity stopped at earlier ages than men AD patients(P < 0.05).Conclusions Stopping age sexual activity of people with AD is earlier than that of normal people.Serum hormone levels and early stopping age sexual activity maybe risk factors of AD.
