台阶高度是采场要素中的一个重要参数,台阶高度确定的合理与否,直接影响设备的生产效率和采剥成本。随着矿山规模的增大,昆阳磷矿引进大型穿孔及铲装设备,高台阶采剥工艺将成为昆阳磷矿发展的必然趋势。根据昆阳磷矿5、6采区矿岩性质、爆破方式和穿孔及铲装设备的技术参数,采用计算法和类比法对5、6采区的台阶高度进行选取。得出昆阳磷矿5、6采区的台阶高度为15 m。

Bench height is one of the most important parameters in key elements of mining areaS , and whether its determination is reasonable or not , directly impacts production efficiency of equipment and stripping cost .With the increase of mining scale and introduction of large -size perforation and shovel loading equipment , the high bench stripping technology will become the inevitable trend of Kunyang Phosphate Mine ’ s development .Accord-ing to ore properties in V and VI working areas , blasting mode and technical parameters of perforation and shovel loading equipment , selection for bench height of V and VI working areas was carried out by using methods of cal-culation and analogy in result that bench height of V and VI working areas in Kunyang Phosphate Mine was deter -mined as 15 meter.
