采用室内实验生态学方法对尖紫蛤的滤水率、摄食率和吸收率进行了研究。结果表明,盐度为2~18时,3种规格尖紫蛤的滤水率和摄食率先升后降,在盐度10.50~12.10内滤水率和摄食率出现最大值,最佳摄食盐度为11.41~12.10;pH在6.4~9.4时,3种规格尖紫蛤的滤水率和摄食率先升后降,在pH为8.23~8.45内滤水率和摄食率出现最大值,尖紫蛤最佳摄食的pH为8.23~8.28。尖紫蛤的吸收率与盐度的相关性不大。

채용실내실험생태학방법대첨자합적려수솔、섭식솔화흡수솔진행료연구。결과표명,염도위2~18시,3충규격첨자합적려수솔화섭식솔선승후강,재염도10.50~12.10내려수솔화섭식솔출현최대치,최가섭식염도위11.41~12.10;pH재6.4~9.4시,3충규격첨자합적려수솔화섭식솔선승후강,재pH위8.23~8.45내려수솔화섭식솔출현최대치,첨자합최가섭식적pH위8.23~8.28。첨자합적흡수솔여염도적상관성불대。
The clearance rate, ingestion rate and absorption efficiency of Soletellina acuta were examined by using indoor experimental ecological methods. The results showed that the clearance rate and ingestion rate of S.acuta at three sizes had the same trend of peak variation when the salinity was around 2~18. The clearance rate and ingestion rate reached to a peak level when the salinity was among 10.50~12.10. The optimum salinity was 11.41~12.10. When the pH value was around 6.4~9.4, the clearance rate and ingestion rate of S. acuta at different sizes had the same trend of peak variation. The clearance rate and ingestion rate reached a peak when the pH value was 8.23~8.45. The optimum pH value for ingestion was 8.23~8.28. There was no significant correlation between the absorption efficiency and salinity.
