The short-circuit current calculation in electric power system is an important part of the electric system design. An electric power distribution system model in large oil depot has been built in this paper based on the ETAP software. The short-circuit current calculation has been finished for the maximum and minimal operation mode of the electric power system. The proposed method provides the accurate basic engineering data for the designs of the electrical apparatus calibration and relay protec-tion. It also gives helpful technical support for the safe and smooth operation and production of the elec-tric power system.
