为解决传统晶闸管触发装置的一系列问题,设计了一种新型PWM脉冲控制的晶闸管触发装置。该装置由5个部分构成:晶闸管双向电子开关、负载、过零脉冲产生及直流稳压单元、触发信号产生单元、控制信号给定单元。双向晶闸管作为双向电子开关,CMOS非门作为移相控制单元的核心器件,其阈值电压直接作为触发基准电压,利用PWM信号进行移相控制。测试结果表明,该装置具有较好的抗干扰性能和良好的移相控制线性度,且成本低,体积小,工作稳定可靠。
為解決傳統晶閘管觸髮裝置的一繫列問題,設計瞭一種新型PWM脈遲控製的晶閘管觸髮裝置。該裝置由5箇部分構成:晶閘管雙嚮電子開關、負載、過零脈遲產生及直流穩壓單元、觸髮信號產生單元、控製信號給定單元。雙嚮晶閘管作為雙嚮電子開關,CMOS非門作為移相控製單元的覈心器件,其閾值電壓直接作為觸髮基準電壓,利用PWM信號進行移相控製。測試結果錶明,該裝置具有較好的抗榦擾性能和良好的移相控製線性度,且成本低,體積小,工作穩定可靠。
위해결전통정갑관촉발장치적일계렬문제,설계료일충신형PWM맥충공제적정갑관촉발장치。해장치유5개부분구성:정갑관쌍향전자개관、부재、과령맥충산생급직류은압단원、촉발신호산생단원、공제신호급정단원。쌍향정갑관작위쌍향전자개관,CMOS비문작위이상공제단원적핵심기건,기역치전압직접작위촉발기준전압,이용PWM신호진행이상공제。측시결과표명,해장치구유교호적항간우성능화량호적이상공제선성도,차성본저,체적소,공작은정가고。
In order to solve a series of problems of traditional thyristor trigger device, a new thyristor trigger device controlled by PWM pulse was designed. The device consisted of five parted of two-way thyristor electronic switches, load, zero pulse generation and DC voltage unit, trigger signal generating unit and control signal given unit. Taking the bidirec-tional thyristor as two-way electronic switch, CMOS not gate as the core of phase shift control unit and its threshold voltage directly as the trigger reference voltage, applied PWM signal to phase shift control. The experimental results show that the device has strong anti-interference ability, good phase shift control linearity, which is low cost, small volume and works reliably.
