根据空调器透明面板表面质量要求高的特点，通过对透明面板制造过程中模具开发、喷涂工艺及包装流程进行分析，确定模具设计，并对注塑工艺、喷涂的设备、喷涂工艺控制以及包装运输对产品质量控制来提高产品的品质和合格率做了简要介绍，实践证明产品合格率由原来的50%左右提高到90%左右，总体制造成本大大下降，对同类产品的开发有一定的借鉴作用。

The transparent panel of air conditioner needs for high quality. The paper introduces the manufacturing technology through a transparent panel manufacturing process of mold development, painting and packaging pro-cess analysis, determined the mold design, injection molding, spraying equipment, spraying process control and transport packaging on the quality of attention. The practice prove that, when we use this manufacturing technol-ogy ,the product qualified rate increased from about 50% to about 90%. The manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. It also has the certain reference function to the development of similar products.
