设计一种模仁结构,用于三板模注塑成型生产中,可改善电极加工及模仁浇口抛光,同时明显降低加工成本及加工时间。采用该种形式的的三板模模仁流道改进结构,可使电极制造简单,既有利于降低生产成本,又可使生产效率显著提高,具有很好的应用前景。
設計一種模仁結構,用于三闆模註塑成型生產中,可改善電極加工及模仁澆口拋光,同時明顯降低加工成本及加工時間。採用該種形式的的三闆模模仁流道改進結構,可使電極製造簡單,既有利于降低生產成本,又可使生產效率顯著提高,具有很好的應用前景。
설계일충모인결구,용우삼판모주소성형생산중,가개선전겁가공급모인요구포광,동시명현강저가공성본급가공시간。채용해충형식적적삼판모모인류도개진결구,가사전겁제조간단,기유리우강저생산성본,우가사생산효솔현저제고,구유흔호적응용전경。
A new kind of cavity insert instructure for the production of injection molding is designed in this paper,which can improve the electrode machining and mold gate polishing,and reduce the manufacture cost and time. This form of the 3-plate mold runner structure improvement grants the electrode the advantages of simple manufacture,which is beneficial for reducing production cost. Meanwhile,the mould cost is reduced and the productive efficiency gets rasied. It has a good application prospect.
