通过实际观察双卧轴混凝土搅拌机机架沿轴向的晃动现象,结合双卧轴混凝土搅拌机实际工作特点,对发生这一现象的原因进行分析,并对机架结构进行简单改进,利用ProE三维建模软件及Ansys有限元分析软件对改进前后机架的轴向晃动过程进行三维实体建模及仿真,结果表明,搅拌机轴向的最晃动量、总晃动量、最大应力均有较大幅度的减小,该研究对实际工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
通過實際觀察雙臥軸混凝土攪拌機機架沿軸嚮的晃動現象,結閤雙臥軸混凝土攪拌機實際工作特點,對髮生這一現象的原因進行分析,併對機架結構進行簡單改進,利用ProE三維建模軟件及Ansys有限元分析軟件對改進前後機架的軸嚮晃動過程進行三維實體建模及倣真,結果錶明,攪拌機軸嚮的最晃動量、總晃動量、最大應力均有較大幅度的減小,該研究對實際工程應用具有一定的參攷價值。
통과실제관찰쌍와축혼응토교반궤궤가연축향적황동현상,결합쌍와축혼응토교반궤실제공작특점,대발생저일현상적원인진행분석,병대궤가결구진행간단개진,이용ProE삼유건모연건급Ansys유한원분석연건대개진전후궤가적축향황동과정진행삼유실체건모급방진,결과표명,교반궤축향적최황동량、총황동량、최대응력균유교대폭도적감소,해연구대실제공정응용구유일정적삼고개치。
Based on the observation of the common phenomenon of obvious axial frame shaking of the double-horizontal shafts mixer and combined with the actual working characteristics of double shaft concrete mixer,the article gives a preliminary analysis of the reasons for this phenomenon.After some improvements on the frame structure,the article builds the three-dimensional entity modeling and simulation for the axial rack shaking process by the three-dimensional modeling software ProE and the finite element analysis software Ansys.In this way,it contrasts the stability degree of the rack before and after the improvement,which has a certain reference value for practical engineering applications.
