提出一种基于模糊控制的光伏发电系统蓄电池充放电状态控制策略,可克服常规控制方法存在的缺点。控制策略中取蓄电池的端电压、端电压变化和温度变化作为输入变量,蓄电池的充放电状态作为输出变量。由蓄电池的端电压、端电压变化和温度的变化经模糊推理得到蓄电池的充放电状态。该控制策略能提高蓄电池充放电状态判断的准确性。在充分利用太阳能电池阵列输出能量的同时达到提高蓄电池使用寿命的目的。

A control strategy based on fuzzy control,which controls the charge and discharge state of battery for photo-voltaic power system,was proposed to overcome the shortages in conventional control .The terminal voltage and the change of terminal voltage and temperature of battery were used as input variables in control strategy,and the state of charge and discharge of battery was used as output variable.The fuzzy inference was adopted by terminal voltage and the change of ter-minal voltage and temperature of battery to get the state of charge and discharge of battery.So the accuracy judgment of bat-tery charging and discharging state was improved.The control strategy can make full use of the solar cell array output ener-gy,at the same time,extending service life of the battery.
