高职教育的培养目标是培养以技师为代表的高级实践技术人才。文章以汽车类专业为例，指出目前人才培养计划中存在的问题，提出了基于“卓越技师培养计划”的人才培养方案，探索以学生为主体，知识、能力和素质协调发展的新型教学模式。

The training goal of vocational education is to cultivate senior practical personnel represented by a technician. The article takes automobile major as an example, pointing out the problems existing in the talents training plan, and it puts forward the talent training scheme that based on the outstanding technician training plan to explore and practice the new teaching mode that regards students as main body, which coordinates development of knowledge, ability and quality.
