日本素有“动漫王国”之称，其动漫在世界上的影响力非常大，全球播放的动画节目约有60%是日本制作的。日本动漫的发展逐渐形成了以漫画为基础，以电视动画和相关游戏开发为扩展对象，以电影动画为最高形式的ACG发展模式。河南省动漫产业的发展突飞猛进，但还存在动漫文化氛围不浓、人才缺乏等问题。因此，通过借鉴和思考日本动漫产业的成功经验，我们应从营造积极的动漫文化氛围，立足本土文化，加强内容创新，明确动漫市场定位，降低成本，培育人才及完善动漫产业链等方面着手，提升河南动漫产业的竞争力。
