通过对现代大学生的心理特征分析，为增强高校学生思想政治工作的针对性、实效性，将“南风效应”应用于高校学生管理工作中，通过“创造南风氛围，实施南风长吹，具备南风素质”这三个方面，对当前高校学生管理工作进行探索和改进，旨在为改善和促进高校学生思想政治工作提供有益借鉴。
