为获得制备确定取向铝单晶试样的最优工艺参数,文中采用定向凝固设备结合籽晶法,研究了不同坩埚材料、加热温度及抽拉速度等对铝单晶试样质量的影响。实验结果表明:采用氮化硼(白石墨)坩埚,加热温度(850±5)℃下保温1 h ,在生长通道时抽拉速度为1μm/s ,在单晶生长部分抽拉速度为8μm/s ,达到引晶效果,试棒的初始取向与籽晶的取向一致。
為穫得製備確定取嚮鋁單晶試樣的最優工藝參數,文中採用定嚮凝固設備結閤籽晶法,研究瞭不同坩堝材料、加熱溫度及抽拉速度等對鋁單晶試樣質量的影響。實驗結果錶明:採用氮化硼(白石墨)坩堝,加熱溫度(850±5)℃下保溫1 h ,在生長通道時抽拉速度為1μm/s ,在單晶生長部分抽拉速度為8μm/s ,達到引晶效果,試棒的初始取嚮與籽晶的取嚮一緻。

In order to obtain the optimum technique parameters of preparing aluminum single crystal with determined orientation ,the influence of crucible material ,heating temperature and drawing speed on the quality of aluminum single crystal has been analyzed in the present paper .After the aluminum melt is kept at 850 ± 5 ℃ for 1h in boron nitride crucible ,the drawing speed increases from 1 μm/s for grow th corridor of seed crystal to 8μm/s for growth corridor of single crystal in directional solidification equipment .The single crystal of aluminum can be obtained .
