为实现Nd∶GdVO4激光器单纵模运转,以环形腔选模的方法为基础,设计了"8"字形环形谐振腔来实现激光器单频运转,同时以Nd∶GdVO4为激光介质,LBO为倍频晶体,通过内腔倍频技术得到671 nm的单频红色激光.通过调节谐振腔长度改变激光介质中振荡激光模大小,从而优化激光介质中振荡激光模和泵浦激光模之间的交叠比率以提高输出功率,实验测得最大输出功率为0.9 W .
為實現Nd∶GdVO4激光器單縱模運轉,以環形腔選模的方法為基礎,設計瞭"8"字形環形諧振腔來實現激光器單頻運轉,同時以Nd∶GdVO4為激光介質,LBO為倍頻晶體,通過內腔倍頻技術得到671 nm的單頻紅色激光.通過調節諧振腔長度改變激光介質中振盪激光模大小,從而優化激光介質中振盪激光模和泵浦激光模之間的交疊比率以提高輸齣功率,實驗測得最大輸齣功率為0.9 W .

In order to obtain the Nd∶GdVO4 laser of single-longitudinal-mode operation ,a ring cavity was designed to achieved the single-longitudinal-mode 671 nm red laser based on the intracavity frequency doubling technology by using the Nd ∶ GdVO4 for laser medium and the LBO for frequency doubling crystal .By changing the cavity length and optimizing the mode-to-pump ratio inside the laser medium ,the maximum output power of 0. 9W red laser at 671 nm was obtained .
