为降低冲击载荷对车载武器系统光电仪器仪表的影响,利用泡沫铝材料阻尼特性良好的特点,设计制作了以泡沫铝为主体的复合结构。在力锤冲击的实验条件下,应用传感器测量复合结构层间载荷和表面加速度;与仿真计算结果的对比验证了实验方法的可行性和测试结果的可靠性。根据实验结果得到用于精密仪器仪表降噪和减振的泡沫铝复合结构。实验结果还表明,具有该动态特性的复合结构可以起到机械滤波器的作用。

To reduce the effect of impact load on the charge machinery and instrument of vehicle weapon,the composite structure mainly consisting of aluminum-foam was designed according to the damping characteristics of aluminum-foam.The weaking interbedded loads of composite structure and acceleration were measured by using sensor under the conditions of force-hammer experiment.By comparing with simulation results,the feasibility of PVDF and realiability of such results were verified.Based on experimental results,the composite structure of aluminum-foam was obtained,which was applied in noise-reduction and vibration-reduction of precise instrument and meter.The experimental results indicate that the composite structure with this dynamic char-acteristics can be utilized as mechanical filter.
