为研究某步枪射击时的动态特性,运用Pro/E和 ADAMS软件建立了该自动步枪虚拟样机模型,选取枪机框速度和位移为校验指标,将仿真结果与试验结果对比,验证了模型及仿真结果的可信性。在此基础上,研究了枪机框、枪机等部件的动力学特性,分析了活动机件前后运动产生的碰撞对枪身的冲击情况,为该自动步枪结构优化及人枪系统动力学问题的深入研究提供了参考。
為研究某步鎗射擊時的動態特性,運用Pro/E和 ADAMS軟件建立瞭該自動步鎗虛擬樣機模型,選取鎗機框速度和位移為校驗指標,將倣真結果與試驗結果對比,驗證瞭模型及倣真結果的可信性。在此基礎上,研究瞭鎗機框、鎗機等部件的動力學特性,分析瞭活動機件前後運動產生的踫撞對鎗身的遲擊情況,為該自動步鎗結構優化及人鎗繫統動力學問題的深入研究提供瞭參攷。

To study the launch dynamic characteristics of a rifle,the virtual prototype model of the rifle was established by Pro/E and ADAMS.Taking displacement and velocity of bolt carrier as verification indices,the simulation results were compared with experimental data,and the reliabilities of the established model and the dynamic simulation analysis were proved thereby.On this foundation,the dynamic characteristics of automatic mechanism were studied.The impact on rifle caused by the collision of parts moving back and forth was analyzed.Current research work is helpful for structural optimization of the rifle and the dynamic research of the further human-rifle system.
