采用超声空化测试方法研究了火炮制退机非工作腔和复进节制腔内压力试验中的异常现象。分析结果表明:制退液空化导致火炮复进时非工作腔不提供液压阻力,且使复进节制腔提供的液压阻力远大于传统理论计算值。火炮复进计算时,主流阻力系数应取0,支流阻力系数应取约4.4倍于主流后坐液压阻力系数1.5的值,即6.6228,大于传统理论中推荐的最大取值6。对比发现,采用该方法计算的火炮复进速度比采用传统方法计算结果更加接近实测速度。

The anomalies in pressure test of non-working chamber and controlling chamber of gun recoil brake were researched by using ultrasonic test technique.The results show that the cavitation of recoil oil leads to the non-working chamber failing to offer hydraulic resistance,and the controlling chamber offers much greater hydraulic resistance than the value calculated by tra-ditional method during counterrecoil course.In the calculation of gun counterrecoil,the master stream counterrecoil resistance-coefficient should take 0,and the branch counterrecoil resistance-coefficient should take the value 6.622 8 which is about 4.4 times of the master stream recoil re-sistance-coefficient 1.5,which is greater than the traditional recommendatory value 6.Comparison shows that the gun counterrecoil-velocity calculated by the method is closer to the measured velocity than the velocity calculated by traditional method.
