为研究钨合金长杆体在侵彻薄装甲钢靶板上的跳飞特性,在1300~1700 m/s 速度范围,利用 LS-DYNA对6~14 mm厚度靶板进行了数值模拟,采用每次调整0.5°着角逐步趋近的方法得出相应的跳飞角。不同靶板厚度仿真结果表明:长杆体在斜侵彻薄装甲钢靶板的过程中形成了连接点向前推进的塑性铰链,且随着靶板厚度的均匀增加,着角因素对跳飞影响呈强化趋势,而靶板厚度因素呈弱化趋势。加入靶板厚度因素对 Tate跳飞模型进行了修正,并进行相应的验证试验,二者所得结果均与数值模拟结果吻合得较好。
為研究鎢閤金長桿體在侵徹薄裝甲鋼靶闆上的跳飛特性,在1300~1700 m/s 速度範圍,利用 LS-DYNA對6~14 mm厚度靶闆進行瞭數值模擬,採用每次調整0.5°著角逐步趨近的方法得齣相應的跳飛角。不同靶闆厚度倣真結果錶明:長桿體在斜侵徹薄裝甲鋼靶闆的過程中形成瞭連接點嚮前推進的塑性鉸鏈,且隨著靶闆厚度的均勻增加,著角因素對跳飛影響呈彊化趨勢,而靶闆厚度因素呈弱化趨勢。加入靶闆厚度因素對 Tate跳飛模型進行瞭脩正,併進行相應的驗證試驗,二者所得結果均與數值模擬結果吻閤得較好。

In order to study the ricochet characteristics of tungsten alloy long-rod penetrator penetrating into thin armor steel target,the LS-DYNA was used to simulate the target with thickness of 6-14 mm penetrated by long-rod with the speed of 1 300-1 700 m/s,and the critical ricochet angle was obtained by adjusting 0.5°impact-angle once to gradually approach. The simulation of the ricochet process in targets with different thickness shows that plastic hinge with forward connection point forms in the penetration process.As the target thickness increases, the ricochet was affected by the factor of the impact-angle significantly,and the factor of target thickness weakens.The Tate model was amended by adding the factor of the targets thickness, and the experimental verification was carried out.The results of verification experiment and correction model agree well with that of the numerical simulation.
