基于S7-200 PLC设计了一套简单的智能楼宇BAS (Building Automation System )模拟系统。其核心采用S7-200 PLC的CPU 226 CN作为环境信号采集端,通过Modbus-RTU通信协议将采集好的环境信息传输到采用组态软件NK6000设计的人机界面HMI (Human Machine Interface),人们即可在HMI上对环境信息进行实时监测和对危险环境报警,从而达到楼宇环境智能监控的目的。

Based on S7-200 PLC ,a set of simple simulation system for building automation system (BAS)is designed .The system uses S7-200 PLC CPU 226 CN as collection ports of environmental signals ,transmitting the collected information to HMI designed by configuration software NK6000 through Modbus-RTU communication protocol .In this way ,we can monitor the real-time environmental information and alarm the dangerous environment on the HMI so as to achieve the goal of building environmental intelligent monitoring .
