观察生产的两种规格 T C17棒材,发现两种规格棒材的横截面上均存在明显亮斑,通过高倍分析、EDS检测对亮斑进行研究。结果表明:两种规格T C17钛合金棒材低倍观察到的亮斑在高倍下呈现为β斑;β斑的形成原因是Cr元素存在偏析现象造成的,Cr元素在偏析区域的含量明显高于基体,从而导致偏析区域相变点低于基体;偏析主要集中在铸锭的中心及头部;对于T C17钛合金要控制偏析,应尽量控制熔炼和后续的热加工和热处理过程。
觀察生產的兩種規格 T C17棒材,髮現兩種規格棒材的橫截麵上均存在明顯亮斑,通過高倍分析、EDS檢測對亮斑進行研究。結果錶明:兩種規格T C17鈦閤金棒材低倍觀察到的亮斑在高倍下呈現為β斑;β斑的形成原因是Cr元素存在偏析現象造成的,Cr元素在偏析區域的含量明顯高于基體,從而導緻偏析區域相變點低于基體;偏析主要集中在鑄錠的中心及頭部;對于T C17鈦閤金要控製偏析,應儘量控製鎔煉和後續的熱加工和熱處理過程。
관찰생산적량충규격 T C17봉재,발현량충규격봉재적횡절면상균존재명현량반,통과고배분석、EDS검측대량반진행연구。결과표명:량충규격T C17태합금봉재저배관찰도적량반재고배하정현위β반;β반적형성원인시Cr원소존재편석현상조성적,Cr원소재편석구역적함량명현고우기체,종이도치편석구역상변점저우기체;편석주요집중재주정적중심급두부;대우T C17태합금요공제편석,응진량공제용련화후속적열가공화열처리과정。
There are significant bright spots in cross section of both specifications of titanium alloy bar ,the bright spots were studied through high-power analysis and EDS detection .The results show that the bright spots in TC17 titanium alloy bar by low times observation appear as beta patch at high magnification ;which is caused by Cr element segregation phenomenon ,the content of Cr element in segregation area is much higher than that in matrix ,which leads to the transition point of segregation area is lower than that of matrix ;segregation mainly concentrates in the center and the head of ingot .For the control of segregation to TC17 titanium alloy ,we should try to control the melting and subsequent thermal processing and heat treatment process .
