Clinical practice is an important stage in medical education .This paper discusses several negative factors ,including students themselves , teachers and managers ,medical environment ,and specificity of pediatrics ,improving teaching methods ,and enhancing management .In addition ,the quality of internship will benefit form some adjustments in policies and laws .
