为提高越野车的侧倾稳定性,利用ADAMS软件建立了整车动力学模型,并进行稳态回转和鱼钩两种试验工况下整车侧倾稳定性仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该车在稳态回转工况行驶速度高于105 km/h或实施急转弯时侧翻倾向较大。通过各结构参数的仿真试验,揭示整车质心、后桥轮距、悬架刚度和阻尼对越野车侧倾稳定性的影响,发现后桥轮距对侧倾稳定性影响最大,其他参数也有较大影响,并提出改善越野车侧倾稳定性的方法。
為提高越野車的側傾穩定性,利用ADAMS軟件建立瞭整車動力學模型,併進行穩態迴轉和魚鉤兩種試驗工況下整車側傾穩定性倣真分析。倣真結果錶明,該車在穩態迴轉工況行駛速度高于105 km/h或實施急轉彎時側翻傾嚮較大。通過各結構參數的倣真試驗,揭示整車質心、後橋輪距、懸架剛度和阻尼對越野車側傾穩定性的影響,髮現後橋輪距對側傾穩定性影響最大,其他參數也有較大影響,併提齣改善越野車側傾穩定性的方法。

To improve roll stability of the off-road vehicles ,the dynamic model of full vehicle is established using ADAMS ,and the two test conditions of steady-state turn and fishhook are used to analyze roll stability of this vehicle .The simulation results show that at over 105 km/h speed in steady-state turn ,or sharp turn carried out ,the roll stability of the vehicle is poor .Through the simulation of structural parameters ,the influences of the vehicle's mass center ,the wheel distance of rear axle ,suspension stiffness and damping on the roll stability of off-road vehicles are revealed ,and the wheel distance of rear axle is found to has the greatest impact on the roll stability .The method to improve the roll stability of the vehicle is proposed .
