以某内燃叉车护顶架为研究对象,结合转向系统,在 Hypermesh中建立了有限元分析模型,并采用Radioss求解器进行了模态计算,获得了护顶架的固有频率和振型;之后用 Nastran进行了某特定工况下的频响分析,得到某些点的加速度响应曲线,分析其动态特性,得出方向盘局部刚度较弱的结论,为叉车护顶架的振动研究提供了参考。
以某內燃扠車護頂架為研究對象,結閤轉嚮繫統,在 Hypermesh中建立瞭有限元分析模型,併採用Radioss求解器進行瞭模態計算,穫得瞭護頂架的固有頻率和振型;之後用 Nastran進行瞭某特定工況下的頻響分析,得到某些點的加速度響應麯線,分析其動態特性,得齣方嚮盤跼部剛度較弱的結論,為扠車護頂架的振動研究提供瞭參攷。

In this paper ,the overhead guard of a forklift truck was taken as study object ,and the dynamic analysis on the overhead guard was carried out .Firstly ,the finite element model of it was established in Hypermesh ,and the nature frequencies and mode shapes were obtained using Radioss solver .Then the frequency response analysis was done under certain conditions with Nastran . Finally ,the acceleration response curves of some points were displayed .The dynamic characteristics of the overhead guard provide a reference to the study on its vibration performance .
