针对山西某发电厂600 MW超临界发电机组点火初期,等离子燃烧器筒壁超温和挥发分低、着火困难的问题,提出一些燃烧调整措施,如更换燃烧器中心筒、改变磨煤机入口一次风风压、分离器出口温度、降低等离子拉弧电流等,得出适合该厂的运行方式。
針對山西某髮電廠600 MW超臨界髮電機組點火初期,等離子燃燒器筒壁超溫和揮髮分低、著火睏難的問題,提齣一些燃燒調整措施,如更換燃燒器中心筒、改變磨煤機入口一次風風壓、分離器齣口溫度、降低等離子拉弧電流等,得齣適閤該廠的運行方式。
침대산서모발전엄600 MW초림계발전궤조점화초기,등리자연소기통벽초온화휘발분저、착화곤난적문제,제출일사연소조정조시,여경환연소기중심통、개변마매궤입구일차풍풍압、분리기출구온도、강저등리자랍호전류등,득출괄합해엄적운행방식。
It was difficult for a 600 MW supercritical generating set located in a certain power plant to be ignited due to over-temperature of plasma burner wall and low fugitive constituent. Then,some adjustment methods were put forward,like replacing the core tube of the burner,adjusting the primary air wind pressure,lowering the plasma arc current,etc.,so that the suitable operation mode for the power plant was concluded.
