采用软件集成的方法,开发一套悬置软垫结构参数优化系统。该系统以 MATLAB为平台,通过调用ABAQUS批处理程序采用有限元方法自动计算不同结构参数下的软垫刚度,用神经网络映射结构参数与刚度之间的非线性关系,建立起优化目标函数,用遗传算法优化结构参数并计算出优化结构参数后的软垫刚度与目标刚度之间的误差。实例验证表明,该系统可以根据所提出的三向刚度要求,快速、准确地确定悬置软垫的结构参数,具有可行性。

By means of software integration ,a structural parameter optimization system was developed for the powertrain suspension cushion ,which ,based on MATLAB ,automatically calculates the stiff-ness of the powertrain suspension cushion under different structural parameters by calling the ABAQUS batch program and uses neural network to map the nonlinear relationship between the structural parameters and the stiffness . The optimization objective function was established , the structural parameters were optimized by using genetic algorithm ,and the error between the optimized structural parameters of the cushion stiffness and the target stiffness was calculated .An example shows that the system can determine the structural parameters of the powertrain suspension cushion quickly and accurately according to the requirements of the proposed three-way stiffness and is both feasible and reliable .
