患者女,35岁。双手足反复起脓疱、糜烂伴疼痛26年,泛发加重6天。体检发现躯干、四肢片状水肿性红斑,其上可见簇集分布的脓疱。双手足可见片状红斑、糜烂,部分表面覆黄色痂皮及散在分布的粟粒大脓疱。双手指甲可见甲周红肿,部分甲下积脓、覆黄色厚痂,甲板缺失、指甲脱落,远端指骨萎缩。可见沟纹舌。诊断：泛发性连续性肢端皮炎。
환자녀,35세。쌍수족반복기농포、미란반동통26년,범발가중6천。체검발현구간、사지편상수종성홍반,기상가견족집분포적농포。쌍수족가견편상홍반、미란,부분표면복황색가피급산재분포적속립대농포。쌍수지갑가견갑주홍종,부분갑하적농、복황색후가,갑판결실、지갑탈락,원단지골위축。가견구문설。진단：범발성련속성지단피염。
A 35-year-old female patient, presented with repeat pustules and erosion in both hands and feet for 26 years. The lesions were generalized for 6 days and before visiting our hospital. Physical examina-tion revealed clustering pustules and erythema distributed on trunk and limbs. The fingers showed either glossy erythema or a crusted, keratotic and fissured surface with newly formed pustules underneath. Pustula-tion of the nail bed and the nail matrix leaded to loss of the nail plate of fingers and toes or severe onychodys-trophy. There was atrophic thinning of the distal part of the phalanx. Grooved tongue was seen. The diagnosis of generalized acrodermatitis continua was made.
