目的 探讨Orem自理模式在长期住院患儿中的应用效果.方法 将80例长期住院的肾病综合征患儿按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用Orem自理模式护理,比较两组患儿住院期间的舒适度、治疗的依从性以及家长的护理质量治疗满意度.结果 观察组的住院舒适度、家长的护理质量满意度高于对照组,治疗的依从性好于对照组,具有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 Orem自理模式可完善患儿的自理能力和家属的照顾能力,提高患儿住院期间的舒适度和治疗依从性.

목적 탐토Orem자리모식재장기주원환인중적응용효과.방법 장80례장기주원적신병종합정환인안조호리방법적불동분위관찰조화대조조,대조조채용상규호리,관찰조채용Orem자리모식호리,비교량조환인주원기간적서괄도、치료적의종성이급가장적호리질량치료만의도.결과 관찰조적주원서괄도、가장적호리질량만의도고우대조조,치료적의종성호우대조조,구유통계학차이(P＜0.05).결론 Orem자리모식가완선환인적자리능력화가속적조고능력,제고환인주원기간적서괄도화치료의종성.
Objective To investigate the application effect of Orem self-nursing model in long term hospitalization children.Methods Totaled of 80 long-term hospitalization children with nephrotic syndrome were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the nursing methods,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was treated with Orem self-care model in nursing,two groups were compared with comfort treatment,compliance and parents' satisfaction of care quality during hospitalization.Results Inpatient comfort,parents' satisfaction of care quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group,treatment compliance was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Orem self-care mode can improve children's self care ability,hospitalization comfort and treatment compliance and their parents' care ability.
