目的:评价黄芪颗粒对斑秃患者临床疗效和外周血T细胞亚群的影响。方法:对照组55例口服复方甘草酸苷片,50 mg/次,日3次。治疗组58例,加服黄芪颗粒,4 g/次,日2次,疗程共3个月。流式细胞仪检测斑秃患者外周血T细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗组痊愈率、复发率优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后CD4+T细胞明显高于疗前和对照组,(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:黄芪颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃有效。
目的:評價黃芪顆粒對斑禿患者臨床療效和外週血T細胞亞群的影響。方法:對照組55例口服複方甘草痠苷片,50 mg/次,日3次。治療組58例,加服黃芪顆粒,4 g/次,日2次,療程共3箇月。流式細胞儀檢測斑禿患者外週血T細胞亞群的變化。結果:治療組痊愈率、複髮率優于對照組(P<0.01)。治療後CD4+T細胞明顯高于療前和對照組,(P<0.05;P<0.01)。結論:黃芪顆粒聯閤複方甘草痠苷治療斑禿有效。
목적:평개황기과립대반독환자림상료효화외주혈T세포아군적영향。방법:대조조55례구복복방감초산감편,50 mg/차,일3차。치료조58례,가복황기과립,4 g/차,일2차,료정공3개월。류식세포의검측반독환자외주혈T세포아군적변화。결과:치료조전유솔、복발솔우우대조조(P<0.01)。치료후CD4+T세포명현고우료전화대조조,(P<0.05;P<0.01)。결론:황기과립연합복방감초산감치료반독유효。
Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy and the impact of astragalus particles on T lympho-cyte subsets in peripheral blood among the patients with alopecia areata. Methods:A total of 113 patients with AA were recruited and divided into treatment group ( group A) and control group ( group B) . Oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets, 50 mg/time and 3 times a day, was prescribed to the patients in group B and oral com-pound glycyrrhizin tablets in a combination astragalus granule, 4 g/time and 2 times a day were given to the patients in group A. The treatment course was 3 months for both groups. The T lymphocyte subsets in peripher-al blood was detected by flow cytometry. Results: The recovery rate and the recurrence rate of the treatment group were superior to the control group (P<0.01 and P <0.01). CD4+T cells increased significantly in the treatment group, compared with the results before treatment and the control group after treatment. The differ-ences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 and P<0.01) . Conclusion:Astragalus granule combined with om-pound gycyrrhizin is effective in the treatment of alopecia areata.
