将数控仿真技术应用于零部件的加工和设计中,在虚拟环境下建立实体三维建模,有利于零部件的装配。用UG对螺纹类零件进行仿真建模,实现了在设计阶段对螺纹类零件的检测,对提高螺纹类零件的设计质量有一定的应用价值。

Taking a multiple thread part as example , this paper introduced the application of NC simulation technology in the processing and design of thread parts .The three-dimensional model of the part was set up in virtual environment by UG ,so the thread part could be inspected at the design stage .This work has some application value to improve the design quality of thread parts .
