针对热连轧厂磨辊车间内的二次冷却装置初期不能满足使用要求、故障频繁、冷却不均匀等问题，对轧辊二次冷却方法进行改进。主要从改进集管布置、采用气动控制、增加管路过滤器和调压阀等方面对其进行完善，达到减少故障、方便操作和维修的目的，从而保证轧辊冷却均匀，提高轧制质量。

The performance of roll secondary cooling device is the important guarantee for cooling uniformity and grinding accuracy of roll ,but the secondary cooling device of the Hot Strip Mill of TISCO can not meet the requirement in the initial stage ,failure and uneven cooling happen frequently ,it brings inconvenience for next grinding process .Therefore ,we need to design the new solution , main improvements focus on header layout ,pneumatic control ,adding filter and pressure regulating valve on pipe line .Through the modification ,it can achieve the purposes of reducing failure ,convenient operation and maintenance ,and ensure uniform roll cooling , improve rolling quality .
