从提高罐式集装箱的原材料---316L不锈钢板表面质量的角度出发,通过对不锈钢冷轧过程中乳化液相关参数的优化,开发了一套适合于罐式集装箱用不锈钢原板的表面质量综合防治技术,并直接应用于现场,获得了良好的效果。
從提高罐式集裝箱的原材料---316L不鏽鋼闆錶麵質量的角度齣髮,通過對不鏽鋼冷軋過程中乳化液相關參數的優化,開髮瞭一套適閤于罐式集裝箱用不鏽鋼原闆的錶麵質量綜閤防治技術,併直接應用于現場,穫得瞭良好的效果。

This paper from the perspective of improving the surface quality of the raw material which is 316L stainless steel plate used for tank container , and through the optimization of related emulsion parameters in the process of stainless steel cold rolling , developed a set of comprehensive control technology to prevent the stainless steel plate from surface scratches ,hot scratches and marks .The technology has been directly applied to the production of stainless steel plate ,and good results have been obtained .
