Bioimpedance technique which can get abundant function information is a non-invasive, safe and effective detection method for information of human body. This paper introduces the concept, measuring methods of bioimpedance technique and the inlfuence of different electrodes on measuring results of bioimpedance technique. This paper also summarizes the clinical applications of bioimpedance technique in detecting various diseases including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive system diseases, pulmonary diseases and breast cancer.
