目的：了解社区老年高血压患者相关心血管危险因素和不良生活方式状况及干预情况。方法调查社区200名老年人，患高血压病90例（45％），统计合并肥胖、高脂血症、吸烟、高盐饮食、缺乏体力活动的比例，采用相应的措施对各相关危险因素和不良生活方式进行干预，比较干预前后各危险因素和不良生活方式的比例。结果老年高血压患者的心血管危险因素和不良生活方式比例较高，合并心血管危险因素肥胖、高血脂和吸烟分别为53％、44％和46％，高盐饮食和缺乏运动分别为54％和47％，干预一年后明显好转。结论社区老年高血压患者多存在多重危险因素和不良生活方式，有效的干预措施，能很大程度上控制相关危险因素和不良生活方式，有利于减缓和减少高血压并发症的发生发展。
목적：료해사구노년고혈압환자상관심혈관위험인소화불량생활방식상황급간예정황。방법조사사구200명노년인，환고혈압병90례（45％），통계합병비반、고지혈증、흡연、고염음식、결핍체력활동적비례，채용상응적조시대각상관위험인소화불량생활방식진행간예，비교간예전후각위험인소화불량생활방식적비례。결과노년고혈압환자적심혈관위험인소화불량생활방식비례교고，합병심혈관위험인소비반、고혈지화흡연분별위53％、44％화46％，고염음식화결핍운동분별위54％화47％，간예일년후명현호전。결론사구노년고혈압환자다존재다중위험인소화불량생활방식，유효적간예조시，능흔대정도상공제상관위험인소화불량생활방식，유리우감완화감소고혈압병발증적발생발전。
Objective To investigate the cardiovascular risk factors and unhealthy life style among elderly patients with hypertension in the community.Method A total of 200 elderly people were interviewed,of which 90 (45%)were hypertensive patients.The proportion of the cardiovascular risk factors and unhealthy life style(obesity, hyperlipidemia,smoking,increased salt intake and lack of physical activity)were calculated.Among 200 patients,90 patients suffered from hypertension (45%).The incidences of obesity,hyperlipidemia,smoked,high salt diet,lack of physical activity were analyzed,appropriate measures were took,to intervene the various risk factors and unhealthy life style.Results The elderly hypertensive patients with a higher proportion of cardiovascular risk factors,and unhealthy life style were found in the elderly hypertensive patients.The proportion of cardiovascular risk factors,the incidences of obesity,hyperlipidemia and smoking were 53%,44% and 46%,respectively,and that of unhealthy life style of in-creased high salt diet intake and lack of physical activity were 54% and 47%,respectively,which improved signifi-cantly one year after the intervention.Conclusion The multiple risk factors and unhealthy life styles were found in the elderly hypertensive patients in the community,elderly hypertensive patients have multiple risk factors and un-healthy life style.The effective interventions measures are associated with the control of the risk factors and unhealthy life style.
