黑麦属是小麦的近缘植物,是改良小麦抗病性、品质和产量等性状的重要外源基因供体。通过染色体工程,结合常规育种,可以将黑麦基因导入小麦,丰富小麦的遗传变异多样性。对黑麦优良基因向小麦的转移和黑麦染色体特异性分子标记研究进展进行了概述,以期为快速跟踪、检测小麦背景中的外源染色体以及小麦育种研究提供依据和参考。

Rye is one of the wild close species of wheat, and it is the important extraneous source gene donors of wheat for improving the characters of resist disease, quality, yield and so on.It could transfer rye gene to wheat and rich the inheritance variation of wheat through associated the chromosome project with common plant breeding methods.The research advance of rye excellent gene transferred to wheat and rye chromosome specific molecular markers were summarized in the paper, in order to provide basis and reference for fast tracking, detection of alien chromosome in wheat background and wheat breeding research.
