在豆科作物红小豆上,将磷细菌剂进行拌种施用,试验设施用磷细菌剂0( CK1,不施肥,不接菌)、3750、5250和6750 mL/hm2以及过磷酸钙225 kg/hm2( CK2,沟施)5个处理,研究了磷细菌剂不同施用量对红小豆根际结瘤数、生育性状以及籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明:用磷细菌剂拌种,能够极显著地促进红小豆根际结瘤和生长发育,有效提高籽粒产量和品质。本研究条件下,磷细菌剂施用量为6750 kg/hm2时效果最好,且优于施用过磷酸钙的效果,其中对促进根际结瘤和提高籽粒蛋白质含量的影响效果达到了极显著水平。
在豆科作物紅小豆上,將燐細菌劑進行拌種施用,試驗設施用燐細菌劑0( CK1,不施肥,不接菌)、3750、5250和6750 mL/hm2以及過燐痠鈣225 kg/hm2( CK2,溝施)5箇處理,研究瞭燐細菌劑不同施用量對紅小豆根際結瘤數、生育性狀以及籽粒產量和品質的影響。結果錶明:用燐細菌劑拌種,能夠極顯著地促進紅小豆根際結瘤和生長髮育,有效提高籽粒產量和品質。本研究條件下,燐細菌劑施用量為6750 kg/hm2時效果最好,且優于施用過燐痠鈣的效果,其中對促進根際結瘤和提高籽粒蛋白質含量的影響效果達到瞭極顯著水平。
재두과작물홍소두상,장린세균제진행반충시용,시험설시용린세균제0( CK1,불시비,불접균)、3750、5250화6750 mL/hm2이급과린산개225 kg/hm2( CK2,구시)5개처리,연구료린세균제불동시용량대홍소두근제결류수、생육성상이급자립산량화품질적영향。결과표명:용린세균제반충,능구겁현저지촉진홍소두근제결류화생장발육,유효제고자립산량화품질。본연구조건하,린세균제시용량위6750 kg/hm2시효과최호,차우우시용과린산개적효과,기중대촉진근제결류화제고자립단백질함량적영향효과체도료겁현저수평。
Inoculated phosphorus bacteria agent on red adzuki bean by seed dressing , five treatments including inoculated phosphorus bacteria agent 0 (CK1, no fertilizer, no inoculation), 3 750, 5 250, 6 750 mL/hm2 and sprayed calcium superphosphate 225 kg/hm2 (CK2, furrow fertilization) were set up, the effects of different amounts of phosphorus bacterium agent on root nodule number, growth character and grain quality of red adzuki bean were studied.The results showed that the phosphorus bacteria agent could significantly promote root nodulation and growth of red adzuki beans, effectively improve the grain yield and quality.Under the conditions of this study, the appropriate application amount of phosphorus bacteria agent was 6 750 kg/hm2 , the effect of which on improving the root nodulation and grain protein content reached a significant level, and it was better than that of calcium superphosphate.
