随着经济的发展，我国对技能型人才的需要越来越大，职业学院是专门培养职业型人才的地方，近几年来，国家大力的发展职业教育，为了适应社会对人才的需要，学校需要采取校企合作的方式。西式面点作为职业型很强的一个专业，同样需要采用校企的方式。笔者提出了采用校企合作的方式来培养实用型西式面点人才，具体如下。
수착경제적발전，아국대기능형인재적수요월래월대，직업학원시전문배양직업형인재적지방，근궤년래，국가대력적발전직업교육，위료괄응사회대인재적수요，학교수요채취교기합작적방식。서식면점작위직업형흔강적일개전업，동양수요채용교기적방식。필자제출료채용교기합작적방식래배양실용형서식면점인재，구체여하。
With the development of economy, China has become a large skilled talents market. Vocational college is a specialized occu-pation training place for talents. In recent years, China has paid more attention to vocational education, in order to meet the need of the society for talents. The School needs to adopt the ways of cooperation with enterprise. As a professional major, western style pastry also need to adopt this way. This paper puts forward the ways combined school with enterprise to train practical talents.
