在社会变革和教育改革大背景下,新升格幼高专学校处于转型期,普遍存在教师职业倦怠现象,教师职业倦怠势必影响教育发展和社会进步。从社会、学校、个人三因素探析导致教师职业倦怠的原因,提出预防和缓解教师职业倦怠的干预策略,希望从社会、学校、个人三方合力干预作用下,帮助教师远离职业倦怠。

In the context of social change and education reform, the preschool education college of just upgraded is in the period of transi-tion, the phenomenon of teachers' job burnout is widespread. It is bound to affect the education development and social progress. In this paper, the cause of teachers' job burnout is analyzed based on three factors from society, college and teacher. And then, the author puts forward the prevention and mitigation intervention strategies for teachers' job burnout.
