构建了农地非农化配置效益评价模型，测算了2001-2008年中国沿海地区农地非农化的配置效益。结果表明：（1）除海南省外，沿海各省均处于农地过度非农化状态，反映了经济发展对土地非农化的强依赖和农地非农化利用的低效益；（2）沿海各省份的农地非农化均有较大的净收益，即农地非农化的效益远大于农地本身的效益；（3）快速城镇化的需求和农地资源的稀缺性对农地非农化在部门间的优化配置和高效利用提出了紧迫要求。

The paper aims to investigate the allocation efficiency of farmland non-agricultural transformation in Coastal China .It creates the assessment model of the allocation efficiency of farmland non-agricultural transforma-tion.Then, the paper compares the economic benefit , social security benefit and ecological value of farmland with the economic benefit of farmland non-agricultural transformation .The allocation efficiency of farmland non-agricul-tural transformation in Coastal China during 2001-2008 is also calculated .The results show that excessive farm-land non-agricultural transformation is found in the coastal provinces beside Hainan Province .This shows the high dependency of economic growth on farmland non-agricultural transformation , and low efficiency of farmland non-ag-ricultural transformation .Large net benefit of farmland non-agricultural transformation exists in Coastal China .This indicates that the benefit of farmland non-agricultural transformation is far larger than the farmland benefit .Finally, the paper concludes that fast urbanization and the limit due to the farmland scarcity requires rational allocation and efficient utilization of farmland non-agricultural transformation between agricultural and non-agricultural sectors .
