目的：加强医院感染的前瞻性监测，减少感染专员的工作量。方法引进医院感染实时监测软件，结合其实施过程，总结问题并提出解决方案。结果该系统成功与HIS，LIS，PACS和手麻系统互联，并对医院的感染病例进行实时监控，可以准确地收集、统计、分析、查询医院感染信息。结论该系统提高了工作效率，实现了多渠道的信息反馈，改善了医院感染管理的质量。
목적：가강의원감염적전첨성감측，감소감염전원적공작량。방법인진의원감염실시감측연건，결합기실시과정，총결문제병제출해결방안。결과해계통성공여HIS，LIS，PACS화수마계통호련，병대의원적감염병례진행실시감공，가이준학지수집、통계、분석、사순의원감염신식。결론해계통제고료공작효솔，실현료다거도적신식반궤，개선료의원감염관리적질량。
Objective To strengthen the prospective surveillance of hospital infection and reduce the workload of infection commissioners. Methods Combined with the implementation process of the real-time monitoring software which was introduced in hospital infection, solutions were proposed to solve the summarized problems. Results The system could connect with HIS, LIS, PACS successfully and the information of the hospital infection could be accurately collected, added up, analyzed, and inquired. Conclusion The system can improve the work efficiently and achieve the multi-channel information feedback, thus, the quality of the hospital infection management is promoted.
