通过详实的数据，研究分析了我国煤矿瓦斯灾害分布的特点、高瓦斯和煤与瓦斯突出矿井产能分布的特点，总结了瓦斯事故的规律性特征，明确了当前瓦斯防治工作面临的突出问题，在此基础上提出了现阶段瓦斯防治工作“调结构、提水平、强管理、严执法”的总体思路。
通過詳實的數據，研究分析瞭我國煤礦瓦斯災害分佈的特點、高瓦斯和煤與瓦斯突齣礦井產能分佈的特點，總結瞭瓦斯事故的規律性特徵，明確瞭噹前瓦斯防治工作麵臨的突齣問題，在此基礎上提齣瞭現階段瓦斯防治工作“調結構、提水平、彊管理、嚴執法”的總體思路。

With the detailed data,the distribution characteristics of coal mine gas disaster in China and the capacity of the mines with high gas and coal & gas outburst are analyzed,and the regularity features of the gas accident are summarized,and the prominent problems of current gas prevention work are made clear.Based on these,the general idea of"adj usting the structure,imG proving the level,strengthening the management and strictly enforcing the laws"is put forward for present gas prevention work.
