煤矿综采工作面顺槽综掘施工中，综掘机配套皮带运输机的皮带回收卷带是经常性的工作，关系到综掘掘进工效和安全施工。本装置利用液压泵站为收卷带装置动力源，可以远端控制，实现收卷带机械化，比传统的收带卷带的办法提高了效率和安全性，比目前的电动卷放带装置便捷可靠。
