目的:应用RCM(以可靠性为中心的维修管理)理论改进婴儿培养箱的维修工作。方法先确定婴儿培养箱的核心部件,然后分析核心部件的故障模式和故障影响,接着运用FMEA(故障模式及影响分析)和逻辑决断来选择维修方式,最后制定维修计划。结果婴儿培养箱的故障率、停机率和维修费用都明显降低。结论通过在婴儿培养箱的维修工作上运用RCM理论,婴儿培养箱可靠性增强、维修费用显著降低。

목적:응용RCM(이가고성위중심적유수관리)이론개진영인배양상적유수공작。방법선학정영인배양상적핵심부건,연후분석핵심부건적고장모식화고장영향,접착운용FMEA(고장모식급영향분석)화라집결단래선택유수방식,최후제정유수계화。결과영인배양상적고장솔、정궤솔화유수비용도명현강저。결론통과재영인배양상적유수공작상운용RCM이론,영인배양상가고성증강、유수비용현저강저。
Objective To apply the theory of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to improve the maintenance of infant incubator. Methods Firstly, the core components of the infant incubator were chosen, then the failure modes and affects were analyzed. The maintenance methods were determined on the basis of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and logical decision. Results The failure rate, outage rate and maintenance costs of infant incubator are signiifcantly reduced. Conclusion The reliability of infant incubator was improved and the maintenance costs were reduced through the use of RCM theory.
