目的：评价复方苦参注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法：106例患者随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(53例)，两组均给予胸腺五肽、美能注射液，另观察组加用复方苦参注射液，用药3周后比较疗效。结果：观察组总显效率92.5％，对照组总显效率52.9％，两组间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：复方苦参注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病安全有效。
목적：평개복방고삼주사액치료홍피병형은설병적료효화안전성。방법：106례환자수궤분위관찰조(53례)화대조조(53례)，량조균급여흉선오태、미능주사액，령관찰조가용복방고삼주사액，용약3주후비교료효。결과：관찰조총현효솔92.5％，대조조총현효솔52.9％，량조간차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론：복방고삼주사액치료홍피병형은설병안전유효。
Objective:To assess the therapeutic efficacy of compound matrine injection in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods:One hundred and six patients with erythrodermic psoriasis were divided into the experimental group ( n=53) and the control group ( n=53) . All the patients of the two groups were treated with thymopentin and compound glycyrrhizin injection. In the experimental group the patients were also treated with compound matrine injection. The effective assessment was made after 3 weeks. Results: The effective rates in the experimental group and control group were 92.5% and 52.9%, with a significant difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Compound matrine injection is effective and safe in the treatment of erythrodermic psoria-sis.
