风力发电机组塔筒一般高达40~80 m,每次更换大部件都需租赁大型起重吊车,维修困难,耗时长,且租赁费用高。为了解决风电机组大部件不易维修更换的问题,我们开发了750 kW风力发电机组专用起吊检修装置,新型的风电专用起吊装置具有运输方便、费用低廉等优点,可以取代传统大型起重吊车。文章就公司开发的750 kW风力发电专用起吊检修装置进行介绍。
風力髮電機組塔筒一般高達40~80 m,每次更換大部件都需租賃大型起重弔車,維脩睏難,耗時長,且租賃費用高。為瞭解決風電機組大部件不易維脩更換的問題,我們開髮瞭750 kW風力髮電機組專用起弔檢脩裝置,新型的風電專用起弔裝置具有運輸方便、費用低廉等優點,可以取代傳統大型起重弔車。文章就公司開髮的750 kW風力髮電專用起弔檢脩裝置進行介紹。

The tower of a wind turbine usually is as high as 40~80 m, each component replacement is required to lease a large crane, which is difficult to repair, time-consuming and costs a lot.In order to solve it, a special lifting device for overhauling 750 kW wind turbine is developed , which can be transported convenient-ly, costs a little and can replace the traditional large crane .The lifting device for overhauling 750 kW wind turbine is introduced.
