风力发电机组塔筒一般高达40～80 m，每次更换大部件都需租赁大型起重吊车，维修困难，耗时长，且租赁费用高。为了解决风电机组大部件不易维修更换的问题，我们开发了750 kW风力发电机组专用起吊检修装置，新型的风电专用起吊装置具有运输方便、费用低廉等优点，可以取代传统大型起重吊车。文章就公司开发的750 kW风力发电专用起吊检修装置进行介绍。

The tower of a wind turbine usually is as high as 40~80 m, each component replacement is required to lease a large crane, which is difficult to repair, time-consuming and costs a lot.In order to solve it, a special lifting device for overhauling 750 kW wind turbine is developed , which can be transported convenient-ly, costs a little and can replace the traditional large crane .The lifting device for overhauling 750 kW wind turbine is introduced.
