针对机组运行状态的现状和特点,分析开展机组运行状态在线关联集成方法研究的必要性。根据机组设备构成、状态数据功能,将机组的所有运行状态进行分层组织、科学管理和优化存储,同时依靠时间同步及工况同步等技术保证运行状态的有机联系。在此基础上,成功实现了机组运行状态在线关联集成方法在葛洲坝电站机组集成监测、分析、诊断系统中的应用,实践证明,该方法能够满足设备健康状况综合分析和故障诊断对有效、全面及相互关联的状态数据的需求。

Aiming at status quo and characteristics of unit operational state,this paper analyzes necessity to develop study on online associated integration of unit operational state.According to unit equipment composition and state data function,it proceeds hierarchical organization,scientific management and optimization storage for all operational states.Meanwhile, relying on time synchronization and working condition synchronization,it is able to ensure organic connection of operational states.On the basis of the above analysis,it is successfully to realize application of online associated integration of unit oper-ational state in integration monitoring,analyzing and diagnosis system of the unit in Gezhou Dam station.Practice proves that this method is able to satisfy comprehensive analysis on healthy state of equipments and requirements of diagnosis for ef-fective,overall and associated data.
