With the development of fixed broadband and TD-LTE, the boom of traffic shocks the orientation of traditional operators. From internet bearer network and business & operation system perspective, the improvement of traffic control ability and scheduling effi ciency is required. Network construction should consider requirements analysis, analyzing of the path for rising every point ability, and come up with construction plan to improve the ability and level of traffi coperation.
