目的：探究并分析口腔黏膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床治疗方法。方法以我院收治的56例口腔黏膜恶性黑色素瘤患者为研究对象，根据患者肿瘤转移情况可将口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤分为四期，对I～I 期患者采用手术治疗，I I期患者采用手术以及颈淋巴结清扫疗法，IV期患者采用手术及化学疗法。观察口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床疗效。结果56例患者的5年生存率达26.8%，其中I期患者存活有5例，I 期患者3例，I I期患者5例，IV期患者2例。结论根据口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤患者的病情需要采用适当的手术、清扫相关区域淋巴结以及化疗等方法有助于提高患者的生活质量以及5年生存率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the oral mucosa of malignant melanoma clinical treatment. Conclusion Based on oral mucosal malignant melanoma patient's condition requires the use of appropriate surgical approach 、 relevant regional lymph node dissection, and chemotherapy to help improve the quality of life of patients and 5-year survival.
