目的：探讨促进脑循环对老年痴呆患者的影响效果。方法：选取来我院进行治疗的老年痴呆患者50例作为研究对象，所有的患者除给予对症处理外，按照促进脑循环的原则给予治疗，观察记录并比较治疗前及治疗后3个月患者的治疗效果以及MMSE、ADL评分。结果：治疗后3个月的总有效率、MMSE、ADL评分与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：促进脑循环能够明显改善老年痴呆，改善患者精神状态，提升患者日常生活能力，该疗法可行、有效，适用于临床推广。
목적：탐토촉진뇌순배대노년치태환자적영향효과。방법：선취래아원진행치료적노년치태환자50례작위연구대상，소유적환자제급여대증처리외，안조촉진뇌순배적원칙급여치료，관찰기록병비교치료전급치료후3개월환자적치료효과이급MMSE、ADL평분。결과：치료후3개월적총유효솔、MMSE、ADL평분여치료전상비，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：촉진뇌순배능구명현개선노년치태，개선환자정신상태，제승환자일상생활능력，해요법가행、유효，괄용우림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect of promoting cerebral circulation on patients with alzheimer. Methods 50 cases of patients with alzheimer in our hospital were studied. Al patients except to give blood pressure control, control blood sugar, urine and other symptomatic treatment, but according to the principle of giving treatment to promote brain circulation, observe and compare the treatment effects in patients and MMSE, ADL score before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results After 3 months treatment, the total effective rate was 84%, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05); after three months of treatment, the MMSE, ADL score of patients compared with before treatment, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The promotion of circulation can significantly improve alzheimer's, improve patients' mental state and daily living skil s, this therapy is feasible and effective, applicable to clinical practice.
