目的：观察益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的疗效及粪便钙卫蛋白的影响。方法：将217例UC患者随机分成观察组和对照组(其中观察组108例，对照组109例)，观察组应用益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪，对照组应用奥沙拉嗪，然后观察两组疗效及测定两组治疗前后粪便钙卫蛋白的水平。结果：在应用益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪治疗后，患者的粪便钙卫蛋白水平明显下降。结论：益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪能够有效地降低溃疡性结肠炎患者的粪便钙卫蛋白。

목적：관찰익생균연합오사랍진대궤양성결장염(UC)환자적료효급분편개위단백적영향。방법：장217례UC환자수궤분성관찰조화대조조(기중관찰조108례，대조조109례)，관찰조응용익생균연합오사랍진，대조조응용오사랍진，연후관찰량조료효급측정량조치료전후분편개위단백적수평。결과：재응용익생균연합오사랍진치료후，환자적분편개위단백수평명현하강。결론：익생균연합오사랍진능구유효지강저궤양성결장염환자적분편개위단백。
Objective:To observe the influence of probiotics combined with olsalazine on fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis(UC) patients.Methods:217 patients with UC were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(108 cases in the observation group,109 cases in the control group),the observation group were given probiotics combined with olsalazine,the control group were given olsalazine.We observed the curative effect of the two groups,and to determinate fecal calprotectin levels before and after treatment of two groups.Results:After the treatment of probiotics combined with olsalazine,the levels of fecal calprotectin of patients decreased significantly.Conclusion:Probiotics combine with olsalazine can effectively reduce fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis patients.
