目的:探讨研究重症出血性脑血管病患者的临床急救措施。方法:选取我院2008年2月至2013年11月收治的98例重症出血性脑血管患者的临床资料,随机分为院前急救和院内急救组,采取不同的急救措施,观察两组患者的抢救措施和临床疗效。结果:院前急救组患者经采取保持呼吸道畅通、建立静脉通路、途中安全转运等急救措施后生存人数为44例,院内急救组患者经采取降低颅内压、气管插管、调节血压等急救措施后生存人数为25例,两组间生存率比较具有显著差异性(P <0.05)结论:重症出血性脑血管病患者在院前采取急救措施,能够降低死亡率,在临床上具有重要意义,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate the study in patients with severe hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases Clinical emergency measures.
